• Services are accessed by telephone or on a walk-in basis.
  • Financial Assistance is scheduled by appointment only
    • Appointments are scheduled weekly on Wednesday mornings beginning at 8am.
    • Appointments are scheduled over the telephone only on a first-call, first serve basis. No walk-in appointments for financial assistance will be accepted.
    • Financial assistance may be available for the following: TXU electric, Atmos Energy, City of Mesquite Water Dept., Dallas County Water District #6, rental and/or mortgage assistance.
  • Food Assistance is on a walk-in basis
    • Clients in need of emergency food supplies may walk-in during normal pantry hours to be screened for services.
    • Emergency food supplies to last the family for 3-5 days will be provided.
